We do strong barndominium and horse-barn work east of Tulsa, particularly out toward Claremore and Pryor where there's still room to build on family acreage. The Claremore barndominium is a good example — 30 × 60 truss frame with a 10-foot covered porch, fully insulated and finished to live in.
Tulsa-area jobs typically run an extra day or two at the start because of permitting, but once we're on the lot the schedule is the same as a Stillwater build.

Claremore and Pryor have a lot of working horse acreage.
