Barndominiums for Oklahoma.
A barndominium isn't a half-finished barn with a couch in it. The ones we build are real homes — insulated to current Oklahoma residential code, framed for the loads of a finished interior, plumbed and wired to support a full kitchen, laundry, and bath count, with an attached shop bay if that's what the layout calls for.
Because the steel shell, the slab, and the finished interior all come from the same contractor, you get one number, one schedule, and one warranty. And because we work with HFS Financial on the lending side, the project finances as a home improvement loan rather than a patchwork of construction draws.
What you can spec.
- Full insulation package — walls, roof, slab perimeter
- Covered porches up to 10 ft deep
- Attached shop bay with overhead door
- Steel truss or post-frame construction
- Storefront windows, residential windows, or both
- HFS Financial home-improvement loan integration
- Truss frame for clean interior spans up to 60 ft
- Post-frame for the most cost-effective wider footprints
