The short version
We collect the contact details you give us when you request a quote or send a message. We use that information to talk to you about your project — nothing else. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with marketing companies, and we keep it only as long as we need to do the work.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project location, and project scope when you fill out our quote form or contact us.
- Anonymous usage data: standard web analytics about which pages people visit and where they come from, so we can improve the site. No personally identifying information.
- Cookies: the minimum needed to make the site work and to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request or message.
- To schedule, plan, and complete the work you contract us for.
- To send occasional follow-ups about your project — never promotional email blasts.
- In aggregate, to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with:
- Our crew and trusted partners, as needed to do the work (for example, a financing partner if you ask us about financing).
- Service providers we use to run the site — hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase if applicable), email delivery — under standard confidentiality terms.
- Authorities,if required by law or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them to operate the business and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we're required to retain it (for example, contract or tax records).
Your choices
- Ask us what we have on file — email office@greenebuilds.com and we'll tell you.
- Ask us to delete it — same email address, same answer time.
- Don't fill out the form— we don't collect anything if you don't reach out.
