80 × 100 × 16 Rigid Frame Mesa Building for KAR Properties
An 80 × 100 × 16 rigid-frame Mesa building in Orlando, Oklahoma, built for KAR Properties to support an oil-and-gas industry operation. The I-beam frame gives a true clear span with no interior columns, the 16-foot eave clears tall equipment and rig access, and the structural design holds capacity for future interior offices and a mezzanine without re-engineering. This is the project that set the standard for our steel-frame work and earned us the reputation we've operated on ever since.
