• Ample Vertical Clearance: A 16-foot eave height ensures that even the tallest equipment can move in and out of the building without issue. It’s a practical design choice for a demanding industry.
• Built-In Future Capacity: We engineered the structural frame to hold the capacity for a future second-level mezzanine and interior offices. This foresight saves KAR Properties significant time and money on future expansion. It’s built to adapt as their business grows.
